- Achieve and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, units per transaction, and average ticket size.
- Execute consultative sales based on lifestyle and needs assessment.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities among lingerie, swimwear, and beachwear.
- Analyze individual performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Build and manage an active client portfolio.
- Provide personalized post-sale follow-up through calls, messages, and private appointments.
- Encourage repeat purchases through in-depth knowledge of client history and preferences.
- Invite clients strategically to launches and new collections.
- Master current and permanent collections, advising on fit, size, structure, and technical materials.
- Communicate brand differentiators such as architectural construction, textile quality, and timelessness.
- Transmit the brand's positioning of silent luxury and Parisian sophistication.
- Ensure inventory control and accuracy.
- Handle billing and administrative processes in the POS system.
- Adhere to visual standards and display guidelines.
- Coordinate efficiently with Palacio de Hierro teams.
- Embody the values of elegance, discretion, and excellence.
- Maintain an impeccable image aligned with the ERES universe.
- Ensure a consistent experience with international luxury standards.
- 2+ years of experience in fashion or luxury retail, preferably in lingerie, swimwear, or premium women's fashion.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial targets.
- Experience working within a department store.
- Active client portfolio management.
- Knowledge in fitting and personalized advising (desirable).
- Proficiency in POS and basic Excel tools.
- Basic conversational English.
- Aesthetic sensitivity and appreciation for discreet luxury.
- Strong results orientation.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Confidentiality and professionalism.
2+ years in fashion or luxury retail, ideally in lingerie, swimwear, or premium women's fashion, with a proven track record in meeting commercial targets and managing a client portfolio.
Fixed salary plus commissions.
