The Chemistry Laboratory, a vital component of the Scientific Expertise Division, plays a strategic role in product development amidst increasing regulatory and scientific demands.

1. Develop and validate analytical methods from ultra-trace to ingredient level.
2. Support product development and industrialization processes.
3. Evaluate, validate, and monitor the quality of raw materials.
4. Lead and secure new developments, including regulatory and stability dossiers and analytical control plans.
5. Identify and propose solutions to undesirable chemical and physicochemical phenomena.
6. Support innovation and research by conducting physicochemical studies to understand in-situ phenomena, interactions, and reactions.
7. Structure scientific monitoring and ensure awareness of analytical methods, technologies, and regulatory changes.
8. Provide technical-regulatory expertise and participate in interprofessional groups.
9. Lead the annual surveillance campaign.
10. Drive laboratory performance by developing team members, ensuring analysis reliability, and strategically planning activities.
11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and unite the team around shared ambitious objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
2. 5 to 10 years of laboratory experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
