1. Conduct bibliographic research and target analyses to understand and decode chemical phenomena encountered during the research and development of new products.
2. Provide formulation or process recommendations to address physico-chemical challenges during product development stages.
3. Perform technological monitoring to propose relevant investments and partnerships to the laboratory.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) to Doctorate (Bac+8) in Chemistry.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.

1. Strong knowledge in physico-chemistry.
2. Interest and understanding of organic chemistry and molecular interactions.
3. Dynamic and benevolent with strong teamwork and autonomous work capabilities.
4. Proactive with excellent analytical skills and a passion for experimental work.

A minimum of 5 years in a laboratory setting within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
