1. Act as the public face of the Chanel & Moi initiative, embodying the brand’s values and aesthetic in all client interactions.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
3. Support in-store activations and private events — from concept execution to guest management and post-event follow-up.
4. Drive awareness and lead generation for Chanel product ranges through in-person engagement and community outreach.
5. Collaborate with the store team and marketing to provide frontline feedback on client preferences, campaign reception and local market trends.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments and sales leads; produce concise reports for store leadership.
