1. Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while adhering to Chanel’s cash-handling policies.
2. Perform cash reconciliation, closing procedures and daily transaction reporting with strict attention to security and accuracy.
3. Deliver high-touch client service: greet clients, assist with purchases, package products to luxury standards and support clienteling activities.
4. Support the boutique team by maintaining floor presentation, replenishing stock, and ensuring merchandising standards are upheld.
5. Work closely with store management on loss-prevention, compliance, and execution of sales promotions or VIP events.
6. Record customer information and transaction details in the CRM to support follow-up and relationship management.

1. Proven reliability, integrity and discretion when handling cash and confidential client information.
2. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and reconciliation.
3. Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with luxury retail standards.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
5. Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
