- Drive process improvement initiatives related to global Travel & Expense (T&E) processes and strategy.
- Redefine and enhance the T&E user experience for employees worldwide.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure the completeness and validity of the global core model for T&E.
- Assist markets with governance requirements and stakeholder management.
- Deliver timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Maintain integrity, credibility, and trustworthiness in all interactions.
- Inspire and influence cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Oversee global expense control, function, reporting, and analytics.
- Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of T&E processes.
- Deep understanding of expense ledger entries and related processes.
- Technical accounting competencies, such as ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Functional knowledge of Concur Expense and Travel.
- Experience in a complex, matrix organization with a global scope.
- Concur certification is advantageous.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile.
- Strong knowledge of the corporate travel industry, including online booking and travel agencies.
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in presenting data insights to support decision-making.
- Organizational and technical skills in MS Office suite.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
Experience working in a complex, matrix organization with a global scope is required.
ACCA or CIMA qualification or part qualification is preferred.
