1. Assist the Business Intelligence Project Manager in the deployment of BI projects.
2. Facilitate workshops and construct project documentation and reports.
3. Monitor action plans and follow up with stakeholders.
4. Prepare training materials and conduct solution testing.
5. Implement new Business Intelligence solutions and data visualization tools, including mobile applications.
6. Produce operational procedures and update existing documentation regularly.
7. Create a comprehensive documentation database using corporate tools.
8. Assist in data validation for the Business Intelligence tool.
9. Verify project-related data, conduct controls, and qualify BI data against local systems.
10. Administer data by analyzing weekly anomalies, creating accounts, and establishing new geographical entities.
11. Train users on the Business Intelligence software for advanced data analysis and queries.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school (Bac +4/5).
2. Strong interest in information systems.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with Power BI is highly desirable.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
