Chanel Business Finance Manager

- Oversee ESG data governance, reporting, and performance metrics establishment and implementation.
- Lead market data management for Corporate CSRD reporting and contribute to business insights on ESG performance indicators.
- Support the design and implementation of sustainability reporting processes and controls.
- Collaborate with Corporate Sustainability team to adapt methodologies for activity-based carbon emissions reporting.
- Engage with Global/Regional teams to align on long-term strategy for CSRD and TCFD reporting.
- Develop a Finance ESG Framework for governance, KPI, and metrics in collaboration with Global/Regional teams.
- Coordinate implementation of ESG-related policies and guidelines for OPEX and CAPEX budgeting.
- Manage sustainability function cost controlling and budgeting, enhancing financial projection models.
- Provide Smart Analytics to enable management decision-making and support financial forecasting and budgeting cycles.
- Proven experience in business finance management, particularly in ESG performance and reporting.
- Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks such as CSRD and TCFD.
- Experience in data governance and management, particularly in ESG contexts.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and projection tools.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a business finance role with a focus on ESG performance and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
