1. Oversee ESG data governance, reporting, and performance metrics establishment and implementation.
2. Lead market data management for Corporate CSRD reporting and contribute to business insights on ESG performance indicators.
3. Support the design and implementation of sustainability reporting processes and controls.
4. Collaborate with Corporate Sustainability team to adapt methodologies for activity-based carbon emissions reporting.
5. Engage with Global/Regional teams to align on long-term strategy for CSRD and TCFD reporting.
6. Develop a Finance ESG Framework for governance, KPI, and metrics in collaboration with Global/Regional teams.
7. Coordinate implementation of ESG-related policies and guidelines for OPEX and CAPEX budgeting.
8. Manage sustainability function cost controlling and budgeting, enhancing financial projection models.
9. Provide Smart Analytics to enable management decision-making and support financial forecasting and budgeting cycles.

1. Proven experience in business finance management, particularly in ESG performance and reporting.
2. Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks such as CSRD and TCFD.
3. Experience in data governance and management, particularly in ESG contexts.

A minimum of 5 years in a business finance role with a focus on ESG performance and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
