This division operates through a highly selective distribution network across more than 14 countries, embodying the retail spirit and showcasing each collection with meticulous attention to detail.

1. Implement, monitor, and disseminate relevant and regular analyses and co-construct recurring reports.
2. Participate in the creation of incentives to boost in-store sales.
3. Develop performance KPIs for specific business events.
4. Contribute to the creation of committees aimed at engaging in-store teams.
5. Propose business development strategies to achieve business objectives.
6. Participate in the deployment of the engagement program for Fashion & Watches and Fine Jewelry teams.
7. Organize monthly committees and propose innovative engagement actions.
8. Draft quarterly newsletters covering market news and competition.
9. Adapt and translate digital learning content and analyze e-learning application KPIs.
10. Contribute to the creation of training content for Fashion teams.

1. Student from a business school (Bac+4/5 level) or equivalent.
2. Previous successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer.

2. Excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills.
3. Dynamic, curious, service-oriented, versatile, and flexible.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
