This division operates through a highly selective distribution network across more than 14 countries, embodying the retail spirit and showcasing each collection with meticulous attention to detail.
- Implement, monitor, and disseminate relevant and regular analyses and co-construct recurring reports.
- Participate in the creation of incentives to boost in-store sales.
- Develop performance KPIs for specific business events.
- Contribute to the creation of committees aimed at engaging in-store teams.
- Propose business development strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in the deployment of the engagement program for Fashion & Watches and Fine Jewelry teams.
- Organize monthly committees and propose innovative engagement actions.
- Draft quarterly newsletters covering market news and competition.
- Adapt and translate digital learning content and analyze e-learning application KPIs.
- Contribute to the creation of training content for Fashion teams.
- Student from a business school (Bac+4/5 level) or equivalent.
- Previous successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer.
- Analytical and commercial mindset.
- Excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, curious, service-oriented, versatile, and flexible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer.
Student from a business school (Bac+4/5 level) or equivalent.
