- Develop, monitor, and disseminate regular and insightful business analyses and reports.
- Contribute to the creation of sales incentives to boost boutique performance.
- Design performance KPIs for specific business events.
- Participate in organizing committees to engage boutique teams.
- Propose business development strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Deploy staff engagement programs for Wholesale teams across Fashion, Beauty, and Watch & Fine Jewelry divisions.
- Innovate and implement engagement activities.
- Draft quarterly newsletters covering market updates and competitive analysis.
- Organize regular committees and occasional events.
- Assist the Learning Manager in organizing and deploying training sessions.
- Adapt and translate digital learning content.
- Analyze and monitor e-learning application KPIs.
- Contribute to the creation of training content for Fashion teams.
- Enrolled in a business school program (equivalent to Bac+4/5) or similar.
- Previous successful internship experience in roles such as Financial Controller, Business Analyst, or Operations Officer.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, curious, and service-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
A first successful internship experience in financial control, business analysis, or operations is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field (Bac+4/5 equivalent).
Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products, as well as opportunities to deepen retail knowledge and develop communication skills across various European services. Participation in a Young Talent Community will also be available to build a professional network.
