1. Support the performance management of the Fashion Boutiques network.
2. Ensure product assortments align with the One Boutique One Story and Fashion Europe strategy.
3. Strengthen and animate the community of Sales Managers.
4. Promote local best practices and report on specific needs to regional teams.
5. Build annual commercial objectives and coordinate monthly objectives with boutiques.
6. Conduct network performance analysis and build ad-hoc reports.
7. Lead performance improvement action plans, including incentives.
8. Participate in finance forecasting in collaboration with the Finance team.
9. Ensure OTBs align with boutique needs and priorities, and build OTBs for the business partner in Antwerp.
10. Coordinate buying sessions and support Boutique Directors in assortment construction.
11. Pilot the collection lifecycle, including buys, launches, transfers, and recycling.
12. Collect qualitative feedback on collections to share with the Europe Product Merchandising community.
13. Optimize collection performance and manage stock in collaboration with local VM, Learning, and Style Expertise teams.

1. Analytical mind with precision in handling figures.
2. Strong product sensibility and keen interest in fashion.
3. Knowledge of retail.
4. Strong team spirit and ability to engage other teams.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Fluent in English, French is a plus.
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
