1. Consolidate and coordinate business reporting and KPI requirements for the ORION program across Retail, Operations, and Finance teams in Europe.
2. Serve as the primary liaison for key business users in defining and validating KPIs and reporting offerings.
3. Represent the Analytics stream within the ORION business team, ensuring alignment with the POS solution's functional scope.
4. Collaborate closely with the IT Data ORION team to define, prioritize, and design new reporting and KPI offerings.
5. Coordinate the needs assessment phase and prioritize reporting and KPI projects within the ORION program timelines.
6. Lead the testing phases for reporting and KPI offerings, establishing test scenarios and instances with key users.
7. Develop deployment and change management strategies in collaboration with the Change Management stream.
8. Create training materials and user guides for end-users of ORION reports and KPIs.
9. Act as the key contact for boutique and business teams during the hypercare phase for inquiries related to the new analytics offerings.
10. Implement performance tracking indicators for the Analytics stream in collaboration with the PMO Business.

1. Proven experience in leading analytical or reporting projects, preferably in a retail or luxury context.

1. Strong understanding of business challenges in Operations, Retail, and Finance teams.
2. Proficiency in project management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
3. Expertise in reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
4. Fluency in English.

Demonstrated experience in managing analytical or reporting projects, ideally within the retail or luxury sectors.
