1. Assist in the supervision of daily operational activities within the boutique, including staff roster management and ensuring compliance with dress code and conduct standards.
2. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures by reviewing and providing guidance to subordinates.
3. Manage stock effectively by maintaining, replenishing, and balancing inventory, and participate in the preparation of monthly reports.
4. Execute sales transactions with precision, ensuring accurate processing of payments and smooth delivery of customer purchases.
5. Maintain stock security and participate in the unpacking, visual display, and arrangement of stock according to Chanel's display standards.
6. Enhance customer service quality by developing in-store customer relationships, handling complaints, and managing repair requirements.
7. Project the appropriate brand image by maintaining the boutique's presentation and cleanliness.
8. Monitor staff progress and provide on-the-job training as necessary.
9. Acquire comprehensive product knowledge of Chanel merchandise and upcoming trends.

1. College graduate or higher education

1. Fluency in Chinese; basic English proficiency; Japanese language skills are advantageous.
2. Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
3. Ability to supervise and administer subordinates, ensuring compliance with dress codes and operational procedures.
4. Capability to train staff on product knowledge and updates.
5. Proficiency in liaising with external service personnel such as security and maintenance staff.
6. Effective customer service skills supported by thorough knowledge of Chanel products and fashion trends.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the watch, fine jewelry, or luxury goods industry, with proven team leadership experience.

College graduate or above
