- Assist in the supervision of daily operational activities within the boutique, including staff roster management and ensuring compliance with dress code and conduct standards.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures by reviewing and providing guidance to subordinates.
- Manage stock effectively by maintaining, replenishing, and balancing inventory, and participate in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Execute sales transactions with precision, ensuring accurate processing of payments and smooth delivery of customer purchases.
- Maintain stock security and participate in the unpacking, visual display, and arrangement of stock according to Chanel's display standards.
- Enhance customer service quality by developing in-store customer relationships, handling complaints, and managing repair requirements.
- Project the appropriate brand image by maintaining the boutique's presentation and cleanliness.
- Monitor staff progress and provide on-the-job training as necessary.
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge of Chanel merchandise and upcoming trends.
- College graduate or higher education
- Fluency in Chinese; basic English proficiency; Japanese language skills are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Ability to supervise and administer subordinates, ensuring compliance with dress codes and operational procedures.
- Capability to train staff on product knowledge and updates.
- Proficiency in liaising with external service personnel such as security and maintenance staff.
- Effective customer service skills supported by thorough knowledge of Chanel products and fashion trends.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the watch, fine jewelry, or luxury goods industry, with proven team leadership experience.
College graduate or above
