- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring alignment with Chanel's standards of client experience and boutique ambiance.
- Lead and inspire Fashion Advisors, actively participating in their professional development and serving as a role model.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure proficiency across all boutique functions.
- Maintain and cultivate personal client relationships, providing styling assistance and introducing clients to the Chanel brand.
- Motivate staff to deliver exceptional client service, maximizing client experience and boutique performance.
- Identify and address team performance issues, implementing solutions in collaboration with the Head and Deputy Head of Boutique.
- Analyze sales data and forecast future sales volumes to optimize profitability and capitalize on market trends.
- Stay informed on product and fashion industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a management or leadership role within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive team success.
- Experience in fostering a high-performance culture and leading a team effectively.
- Excellent administrative skills with experience in reporting on sales metrics and market factors.
- Impeccable personal presentation in line with Chanel's standards.
- High level of professionalism and maturity in business interactions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for sales data interpretation and trend analysis.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
At least two years in a management or leadership role within a luxury retail setting.
