- Manage a team of Fashion Advisors.
- Ensure the team's understanding and implementation of the House's strategy.
- Coach the team to enhance style expertise and client experience.
- Motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives through regular follow-up meetings.
- Define and monitor individual skills development and communicate with the Deputy Manager.
- Conduct performance appraisals and set individual goals for sales team members.
- Organize and lead team briefings and Morning Briefings.
- Interact and coach the team on the floor to elevate style and client experience.
- Identify development areas for team members and propose action plans.
- Encourage team spirit and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the boutique's business strategy.
- Oversee compliance with boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
- Propose suggestions for improving client experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage and monitor sales to ensure progress towards goals.
- Assist in buying collections for the boutique within budget and guidelines.
- Perform quantitative analyses for business and product strategy recommendations.
- Set up action plans to develop business performance.
- Report regularly to Boutique Management.
- Ensure product line visibility in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
- Optimize inventory management and follow sell-through objectives.
- Ensure consistent client experience delivery in line with brand guidelines.
- Participate in client events and embody the brand's values.
- Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
