1. Manage a team of Fashion Advisors.
2. Ensure the team's understanding and implementation of the House's strategy.
3. Coach the team to enhance style expertise and client experience.
4. Motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives through regular follow-up meetings.
5. Define and monitor individual skills development and communicate with the Deputy Manager.
6. Conduct performance appraisals and set individual goals for sales team members.
7. Organize and lead team briefings and Morning Briefings.
8. Interact and coach the team on the floor to elevate style and client experience.
9. Identify development areas for team members and propose action plans.
10. Encourage team spirit and knowledge sharing.
11. Contribute to the development and implementation of the boutique's business strategy.
12. Oversee compliance with boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
13. Propose suggestions for improving client experience and operational efficiency.
14. Manage and monitor sales to ensure progress towards goals.
15. Assist in buying collections for the boutique within budget and guidelines.
16. Perform quantitative analyses for business and product strategy recommendations.
17. Set up action plans to develop business performance.
18. Report regularly to Boutique Management.
19. Ensure product line visibility in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
20. Optimize inventory management and follow sell-through objectives.
21. Ensure consistent client experience delivery in line with brand guidelines.
22. Participate in client events and embody the brand's values.
