- Manage a team of Fashion Advisors, ensuring alignment with the House's strategy.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance style expertise and client experience.
- Motivate the team to achieve commercial objectives through regular follow-up meetings.
- Define and monitor individual skill development plans, communicating progress to the Deputy Manager.
- Conduct performance appraisals and set individual goals for sales team members.
- Organize and lead team briefings and morning meetings.
- Observe and coach team members on the floor to elevate client experience.
- Identify development areas for team members and propose action plans, including training programs.
- Encourage team spirit and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Director to develop and implement business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
- Propose suggestions for enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales activities and assist in collection buying within budget and guidelines.
- Perform quantitative analyses to inform business and product strategies.
- Ensure product line visibility in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
- Optimize inventory management and monitor sell-through and inventory objectives.
- Deliver consistent client experiences in line with brand guidelines and participate in client events.
