- Oversee cash management and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Collaborate on scheduling to ensure optimal floor coverage and sales support.
- Oversee maintenance, IT, security, catering, and administrative functions.
- Ensure the boutique reflects Chanel’s luxury standards to support the client experience.
- Implement the Boutique Charter and ensure compliance with cash, inventory, and security procedures.
- Drive future growth by embracing innovation and improving operational efficiency.
- Contribute to projects implementing new tools and services to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Several years of experience in a management position within the retail environment.
- Digital affinity and confident use of MS Office.
- Enjoyment of process optimization and analytical activities.
- Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Several years of experience, ideally in a technical management position in the retail environment.
