- Motivate and lead back-office teams to enhance client journey experiences.
 - Convey and implement the House Strategy across stock, cash, and care & repair teams.
 - Recruit, lead, and set performance goals for back-office team members, conducting regular performance reviews.
 - Identify team development areas and create action plans, including training programs.
 - Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the boutique.
 - Support financial health by providing analytical expertise to decision-makers.
 - Monitor retail indicators and propose corrective actions as necessary.
 - Set and pilot sales targets for the boutique and fashion advisors.
 - Report on stock and collection performance to optimize buying decisions.
 - Anticipate business evolutions and support strategic action plans.
 - Enhance daily operations by optimizing procedures.
 - Supervise inventory organization to ensure product availability.
 - Oversee stock-taking and cash management within the boutique.
 - Collaborate on scheduling for optimal floor coverage and sales support.
 - Manage maintenance, IT, security, catering, and administrative functions.
 - Ensure the boutique reflects Chanel's luxury standards and supports staff.
 - Implement the Boutique Charter and ensure compliance with regulations.
 - Drive future growth by embracing innovation and improving operational efficiency.
 - Contribute to projects implementing new tools and services for client experience enhancement.
 
- University degree
 - Minimum of 5 years experience in the fashion industry
 - Native Turkish speaker
 - Fluent in English; French is an advantage
 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 - High level of planning and organizational skills
 - Strong analytical abilities
 - Trustworthy with high integrity and ethics
 - Proficiency in Office 365 programs
 
A minimum of 5 years in the fashion industry, with a focus on management, client experience, operations, and luxury.
University degree
