Chanel Boutique Operations Manager

- Uphold the brand image through strict adherence to Boutique Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including housekeeping, maintenance, staff grooming, and asset protection.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations to maintain brand integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and update pragmatic Boutique SOPs for daily operations.
- Conduct regular briefings for boutique staff on operational topics.
- Lead and manage the Stock Team, CASS, Boutique Assistants, Alteration staff, and Cashiers to ensure adherence to operational procedures.
- Manage team rosters, vendor relationships, and procurement matters as applicable.
- Ensure accurate completion of daily sales and paperwork.
- Address day-to-day operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, optimization, and improvement within the boutique.
- Engage with stakeholders on emerging topics such as omnichannel processes, risk management, and sustainability.
- Implement operational best practices tailored to boutique specifications.
- Lead boutique-level projects to enhance operational efficiency and client and employee experience.
- Collaborate with the Office Retail Operations Team to implement relevant projects and tools.
- Motivate and inspire the Boutique Support Team to achieve high standards for client and employee experience.
- Support team members' development through regular performance conversations and learning plans.
- Minimum of 5 years in retail operations, with at least 3 years in team management.
- Experience in the fashion or luxury industry is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in operational optimization and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A minimum of 5 years in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a team management role. Experience in the fashion or luxury industry is preferred.
