Responsibilities
- Oversee the back-of-house team in executing operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to Chanel standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist on the boutique sales floor as needed.
- Collect information and data for statistical and financial reports.
- Maintain statistical records for the boutiques.
- Conduct mid-month estimates with Boutique Managers.
- Code invoices and maintain records.
- Update store policies and procedures.
- Manage cash registers and perform daily reconciliations.
- Handle telephone calls professionally.
- Assist in boutique repairs and inventory management.
- Communicate with contractors and vendors.
- Manage cashiers, stockists, and alterations.
- Support the Fashion Division with uniform and supplies management.
- Coordinate with Head Office and local teams for visual merchandising.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge.
- Ensure confidentiality of the company's commercial activities.
- Assist in cycle counts and annual inventories.
- Participate in events and promotions.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Security procedures.
- Maintain merchandising standards and product quality.
- Participate in training and personal development.
Qualifications
- Successful experience of at least 4-6 years in leadership retail operations and/or stock experience.
Skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong skills in managing and mentoring a team.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
