Chanel Boutique Operations Manager

- Oversee the back-of-house team to ensure operational and administrative tasks align with Chanel's standards of customer service and teamwork.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by responding to internal and external queries promptly.
- Assist on the boutique sales floor, applying Chanel's customer service standards.
- Collect and maintain statistical and financial data for reports to Boutiques and Head Office.
- Conduct mid-month estimates and manage invoice coding and record-keeping.
- Update store policies and procedures as per Head Office guidelines.
- Manage cash register operations, including daily reconciliations and bank deposits.
- Coordinate international and local boutique repairs, maintaining accurate control records.
- Manage boutique supplies and ensure prompt ordering of necessary items.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and management to provide boutique services.
- Support the Fashion Division in ordering and organizing staff uniforms and supplies.
- Assist in coordinating visual merchandising orders and invoices with Paris and local teams.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge to share with the team.
- Ensure confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of cycle counts and annual inventories.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Security procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain working knowledge of merchandising guidelines and ensure product quality control.
- Participate in training to acquire high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Successful experience of at least 4-6 years in leadership retail operations and/or stock experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong skills in managing and mentoring a team.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
A minimum of 4-6 years in leadership roles within retail operations or stock management is required.
