- Report on stock and collection performances to optimize buying decisions and sales performance.
- Supervise the organization and optimization of inventory to ensure product availability.
- Oversee cash management within the boutique.
- Collaborate with the management team to build optimal working schedules.
- Oversee maintenance, IT, security, catering, and administrative functions for the boutique.
- Ensure the boutique reflects Chanel's standards of luxury and that the back-office offers an efficient environment.
- Implement the Boutique Charter in the back-office and ensure compliance with all procedures.
- Drive future growth for the boutique by embracing innovation and continual improvements to operational efficiency.
- Contribute to projects to implement new tools and services to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
- Several years of experience in a management position within the retail environment.
- Digital affinity and confident use of MS Office.
- Enjoyment of process optimization and analytical activities.
- Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
