1. Ensure the boutique environment, product availability, personnel, and processes uphold Chanel's luxury standards.
2. Oversee back-office teams to ensure the day-to-day function of the boutique.
3. Motivate back-office teams to promote an expectation-exceeding client journey.
4. Convey the House Strategy to relevant teams, ensuring objectives are understood and executed effectively.
5. Manage the back-office team in recruitment, leadership, and performance monitoring.
6. Identify development areas for team members and formulate action plans, including training programs.
7. Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing with complementary functions in the boutique.
8. Support decision-makers with value-driven analytical expertise to ensure the financial health of the boutique.
9. Monitor retail indicators and propose corrective actions where required.
10. Contribute to setting and piloting sales targets for the boutique and Fashion advisors.
11. Report on stock and collection performances to optimize buying decisions and sales performance.
12. Supervise the organization and optimization of inventory to ensure product availability.
13. Oversee cash management within the boutique.
14. Collaborate with the management team to build optimal working schedules.
15. Oversee maintenance, IT, security, catering, and administrative functions for the boutique.
16. Ensure the boutique reflects Chanel's standards of luxury and that the back-office offers an efficient environment.
17. Implement the Boutique Charter in the back-office and ensure compliance with all procedures.
18. Drive future growth for the boutique by embracing innovation and continual improvements to operational efficiency.
19. Contribute to projects to implement new tools and services to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

1. Several years of experience in a management position within the retail environment.

1. Digital affinity and confident use of MS Office.
2. Enjoyment of process optimization and analytical activities.
3. Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in Spanish and English.
