- Assist in welcoming clients at the collection point and manage operational order processes.
- Conduct commercial outreach and enhance retail client experience.
- Diagnose garments for cleaning, confirm reservations with the Atelier, and request quotes.
- Record orders, process payments, and track orders using Excel.
- Communicate with clients regarding reservations, quotes, delays, disputes, and deliveries.
- Manage the hotline and after-sales service for clients.
- Coordinate with Chanel boutiques and manage B2B communications.
- Generate codes for order traceability and label items for the Atelier.
- Oversee back-office website operations and coordinate between online clients, delivery personnel, and the cleaning Atelier.
- Ensure garments are transferred to transporters between the collection point and the Atelier.
- Order and manage delivery personnel for client deliveries within Paris.
- Archive order tickets and send daily reports.
- Open and close the cash register and boutique.
- Train Chanel boutique teams on the La Sirène service.
- Actively promote La Sirène offerings and contribute to acquiring new clients and business partners.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5) with a strong interest in luxury, communication, client experience, and sustainability.
- Agility and flexibility in a startup-like environment.
- Proficiency in English and strong computer skills, especially Excel.
- Reliability, rigor, curiosity, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in luxury and sustainability is essential.
Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5).
