1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
2. Serve as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, acting as a resource for the entire boutique team.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, including welcoming and greeting all clients and hosting.
4. Support daily operations, including opening and closing of registers, managing shipments, and addressing stock needs.
5. Understand and manage inventory processes, maintaining an organized stock storage system.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
7. Partner with the Assistant Boutique Manager to execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
8. Promote an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience from in-store to online.
9. Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
10. Act as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
11. Build positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
2. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
3. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $24.30 to $31 hourly. Base salary is one component of the total compensation, which may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
