1. Uphold operational standards and processes to ensure an exceptional client experience.
2. Act as the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools within the boutique.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service ethos.
4. Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
5. Maintain an organized stock storage system and accurately process received stock into the system.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Boutique Director or Assistant Boutique Manager.
7. Partner with the Assistant Boutique Manager to execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
8. Promote an omni-channel mindset to enhance the client experience across in-store and online platforms.
9. Co-manage brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
10. Serve as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
11. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
2. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
3. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.

The anticipated base range for this position is $24.30 to $30.23 hourly. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
