Chanel Boutique Operations Assistant

- Support the Boutique Operations Manager in steering performance indicators and developing action plans in collaboration with all boutique stakeholders.
- Monitor daily retail performance metrics such as traffic, average basket size, and monthly targets.
- Analyze sales performance of staff and product collections, including sell-through rates and merchandising highlights.
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of new collection purchases and sales.
- Assist managers in sales, visual merchandising, and tailoring with high-value analytical insights for effective activity management.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique, facilitating an exceptional employee experience.
- Support new hires with onboarding processes, including uniform distribution, badge access, and IT tools.
- Aid in preparing and conducting team briefings and information meetings.
- Assist in managing general services to uphold the boutique's image.
- Act as a key contact during interactions with department store teams.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university.
- Minimum of 6 months of analytical experience in management, finance, or marketing, or experience in a boutique setting.
- Interest in fashion.
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and versatility.
- Dynamic and service-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; VBA knowledge is advantageous.
At least 6 months of experience in analytical roles or boutique operations.
Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
