1. Completed education in retail or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in a leadership position within sales, preferably in the beauty industry.

2. Analytical skills with a strategic approach to achieving goals.
3. Passion for high-level service and consultation.
4. Digital proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
5. Fluency in German and English.
