Chanel Boutique Manager

- Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling, appointments and VIP servicing.
- Manage all boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock control and inventory replenishment.
- Implement Chanel visual merchandising and brand presentation standards to ensure a consistent luxury environment.
- Recruit, coach and develop boutique staff; run performance reviews and deliver ongoing sales and product training.
- Plan and execute local commercial initiatives, events and trunk shows to drive traffic and client acquisition.
- Analyse sales KPIs, produce regular reports and translate insights into action plans to optimise performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership in retail management within luxury goods, beauty or perfumery.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent clienteling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth and repeat clientele.

Typically 3–5+ years of progressively responsible retail management experience in luxury goods, with demonstrable success in beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics environments preferred.
Secondary education or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
