- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Malmö.
- Establish and maintain a world-class service and selling culture.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to staff.
- Implement storytelling and advanced selling techniques to enhance client engagement.
- Conduct performance gap analysis and collaborate with the Retail Learning & Development Trainer to address areas of improvement.
- Achieve key performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, Units per Transaction, and Average Basket Size.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Adapt brand animations and events to suit local clientele within brand strategy guidelines.
- Manage staff schedules and operational zoning.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.
- At least 5 years of shop floor experience in the beauty industry.
- Qualified cosmetologist or makeup artist preferred.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong focus on achieving results and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High degree of integrity and ethical standards.
- Passion for luxury, beauty, and client experience.
A minimum of 2 years in sales management and at least 5 years of shop floor experience in the beauty industry.
