1. Warmly greet and welcome clients entering the boutique, ensuring a friendly and genuine reception.
2. Direct clients within the boutique to ensure an exceptional experience.
3. Serve as a liaison between clients and the boutique team, maintaining records of daily appointments and client needs.
4. Manage client flow during peak times, overseeing the queue management system.
5. Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to foster a strong emotional connection to Chanel.
6. Stay informed about all Chanel products, collections, and company policies, including after-sales and customer service.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in customer service
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage
