Chanel Boutique Facilitator

- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client-facing tasks.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and assist with cash handling and deposits.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.
Minimum 1 year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00. Compensation includes base salary and may include additional benefits and perks.
