1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client-facing tasks.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.

Minimum 1 year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00. Compensation includes base salary and may include additional benefits and perks.
