1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, including handling cash and deposits.
6. Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.

1. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Interest in Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.13 to $27.79, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
