1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and manage cash handling and deposits.
6. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

4. Proficiency in foreign languages is preferred.

At least one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $27.00, with additional compensation components available.
