1. Deliver exceptional customer service based on Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Support the Operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
4. Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation.
5. Support the opening and closing of registers and handle cash and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social and cultural initiatives.

At least one year of experience in a related role within the retail or luxury sector is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $28.03. Additional compensation may include benefits and perks.
