1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.
6. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.

A minimum of one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $24.70 to $26.00. Additional compensation may include benefits and perks.
