1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and manage cash handling and deposits.
6. Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Understanding and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Enthusiasm for Chanel's history and product offerings.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a related role, demonstrating a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service and support in a luxury retail environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.70 to $26.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
