- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including shipments and cycle counts.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and manage cash handling and deposits.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Interest in Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire for professional growth.
A minimum of one year of experience in a related field, preferably within retail or customer service.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $30.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
