1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including handling shipments and conducting cycle counts.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and manage cash handling and deposits.
6. Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.70 to $26.00, with additional compensation components such as benefits and perks.
