- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and hosting clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including handling shipments and conducting cycle counts.
- Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of registers and manage cash handling and deposits.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding and passion for client experience.
- Interest in Chanel's history and product offerings.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
A minimum of one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.70 to $26.00, with additional compensation components such as benefits and perks.
