1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Support the Operations team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
4. Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation of products.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, and assist with cash handling and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a related role, demonstrating a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service and support in a luxury retail environment.

Minimum High School Diploma

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
