1. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Support the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
4. Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
5. Facilitate opening and closing of registers and manage cash handling and deposits.
6. Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Candidates should have at least one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
