- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Chanel’s service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
- Support the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
- Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
- Facilitate opening and closing of registers and manage cash handling and deposits.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of client experience and service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Candidates should have at least one year of related experience in a customer service or retail environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
