1. Warmly greet clients upon arrival and provide relevant information regarding health and safety protocols.
2. Manage client wait times and appointments using available tools and processes.
3. Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating a seamless experience during their visit.
4. Maintain the flow of traffic within the boutique to ensure optimal service levels.
5. Communicate proactively with clients about expected wait times and in-boutique experiences, setting realistic expectations.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma required.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of one year of related experience in a client-facing role is required.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $24.70 to $28.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
