- Warmly greet clients upon arrival and provide relevant information regarding health and safety protocols.
- Manage client wait times and appointments using available tools and processes.
- Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating a seamless experience during their visit.
- Maintain the flow of traffic within the boutique to ensure optimal service levels.
- Communicate proactively with clients about expected wait times and in-boutique experiences, setting realistic expectations.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
A minimum of one year of related experience in a client-facing role is required.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $24.70 to $28.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
