1. Warmly greet clients upon arrival and share relevant information regarding health and safety protocols.
2. Leverage tools and processes to manage client wait times and appointments efficiently.
3. Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating a seamless experience.
4. Maintain the flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels.
5. Proactively communicate with clients about expected wait times and in-boutique experiences.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.

A minimum of one year of related experience in a client-facing role is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $23.60 to $28.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
