Boutique Facilitator

1. Facilitate a seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocols.
2. Leverage tools and processes to manage client wait times and appointments.
3. Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in the boutique.
4. Maintain the flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels.
5. Proactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time and in-boutique experience, setting realistic expectations.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
3. Understanding of, and passion for, client experience.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
6. Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
7. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.

Minimum High School Diploma.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $23.60 through $28.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
