1. Warmly greet clients upon arrival and provide information on health and safety protocols.
2. Manage client wait times and appointments using available tools and processes.
3. Assist clients by answering questions and facilitating a seamless experience.
4. Maintain the flow of traffic to ensure optimal service levels.
5. Communicate proactively with clients about wait times and in-boutique experiences.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and social initiatives.

At least one year of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $28.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
