1. Lead and inspire boutique staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages feedback and teamwork.
3. Develop and mentor boutique leadership, empowering them to manage their teams effectively.
4. Collaborate with the boutique team and Home Office to achieve business goals and increase sales.
5. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.
6. Ensure boutique image and operational standards are maintained to drive business results.

1. Minimum of 7 years of related experience in luxury retail management.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.

5. Foreign language skills preferred.

A minimum of 7 years of related experience in luxury retail management is required.

The anticipated base salary range is $134,900 to $170,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
