1. Minimum of 7 years of related experience in luxury retail management.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

The anticipated base salary range is $190,000 to $240,000, with additional variable pay components such as bonuses.
