- Lead the Milano Sant'Andrea boutique to achieve and exceed sales, productivity and profitability targets through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
- Own boutique P&L, budgets and KPI reporting; implement corrective actions to optimise margin, stock turn and sell-through.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales and client services team; establish individual objectives, career plans and succession pathways.
- Deliver an exemplary client experience through best-in-class clienteling, VIP relationship management and personalised service initiatives.
- Ensure impeccable brand presentation and visual merchandising consistent with Chanel standards, including window displays, floor sets and seasonal resets.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, allocation decisions and loss-prevention processes in coordination with regional retail operations.
- Collaborate with regional leadership (sales, marketing, visual merchandising, client services) to execute local events, launches and CRM initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements and internal audit procedures; represent the boutique in regional reviews and meetings.
- Proven leadership in luxury retail with a minimum of 5–8 years of progressive responsibility and demonstrable success managing a flagship or high-volume boutique.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level P&L in a premium or luxury brand environment.
- Strong people management skills with experience in talent development, coaching and performance management within retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; ability to cultivate and retain high-value clients and to represent the brand at local events.
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is highly desirable; additional European languages are a plus.
- Professional demeanour, impeccable grooming and deep understanding of luxury product categories and customer expectations.

Minimum of 5–8 years in luxury retail with significant experience managing a boutique or flagship store; demonstrable success in driving sales, managing P&L and developing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be considered.
