1. Minimum 7 years of related experience in a leadership role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 7 years in a related leadership role within the luxury retail sector is required.

The anticipated base salary range is $134,900 to $175,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
