1. Provide bespoke, one-to-one beauty consultations and product demonstrations across makeup, skincare and fragrance, tailoring recommendations to each client's needs.
2. Deliver an exceptional luxury service experience that cultivates long-term client relationships and loyalty.
3. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and follow-up activity; maintain and update client records in the CRM.
4. Manage stock, visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards; receive and process deliveries accurately.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and ensure compliance with cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Participate in product launches, in-store events and ongoing brand training; implement promotional and sampling initiatives.
7. Uphold Chanel’s hygiene and safety standards for all beauty treatments and product applications.

1. Previous experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics retail preferred.
2. Polished, professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proven ability to build customer loyalty and meet or exceed sales objectives.
4. Basic knowledge of makeup application and skincare regimens; vocational or professional beauty qualifications are advantageous.
5. Flexible availability including weekends and evenings to meet boutique trading hours.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, beauty or skincare certification preferred but not required.
