- Support the development of two Chanel F&B boutiques at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, focusing on retail activity with Partner Parfums Beauté.
- Oversee sales and KPIs to ensure alignment with retail team and Lagardère objectives, maintaining regular communication with Lagardère shop managers.
- Implement customer experiences and visual merchandising recommendations.
- Collaborate with Lagardère and Chanel logistics departments for effective stock management and new product launches.
- Manage orders and sales support materials in line with strategy and animation planning.
- Guide a team of 10 Beauty Confidents employed by Lagardère, ensuring strategic alignment and high-level product expertise.
- Assist the Retail Manager in establishing new organizational processes for flawless POS animation execution.
- Coordinate with Store Planning, Marketing, Learning, and Business teams to ensure seamless animation execution.
- Prepare and present animation kick-offs and analyze performance metrics for feedback.
- Work with Category and Key Account Managers to ensure proper retail assortment implementation.
- Forecast and control budgets for permanent POS materials, wrapping, and sampling.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in retail, operations, or project management.
- Business-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and recognized for team-building abilities.
- Organized, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented.
