Chanel Boutique and Client Development Coordinator Intern

- Assist the Boutique Manager in all retail and client experience tasks, including continuous training.
- Welcome clients at the Rue Duphot collection point, conduct preliminary diagnostics on garments, and liaise with the Atelier for reservations.
- Register and track orders in the IT system, manage payments, and ensure quality follow-up until delivery.
- Handle the hotline and after-sales service, including client interactions, delay management, and quotations.
- Coordinate communication with Chanel retail teams and internal stakeholders (boutiques, stock, press, alterations).
- Generate traceability codes, label garments, and transmit dossiers to the Atelier.
- Manage the website's back office, including online orders and coordination with couriers and the Atelier.
- Plan and track client deliveries within Paris and transfers between boutique and Atelier.
- Support the Boutique Manager in cash management and daily reporting.
- Enhance boutique processes and back-office operations.
- Support business development efforts to expand the boutique's client base.
- Enrich the B2B CRM database and maintain relationships with key partners.
- Assist in drafting monthly growth KPI reports.
- Update and enrich the client database, including profiling and order history analysis.
- Participate in establishing satisfaction indicators and service quality monitoring.
- Support client behavior analysis and report findings to the team.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, University, or equivalent, with a focus on luxury, retail, sustainability, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong interest in client relations, fieldwork, and agile/start-up environments.
- Attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM or e-commerce tools.
- Fluent in English is appreciated.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and client relations is essential.
Master's degree in progress in Business, Commerce, or related field.
