Chanel Boutique and Client Development Coordinator Intern

- Assist the Boutique Manager in all retail and client experience tasks, including continuous training.
- Welcome clients at the collection point, conduct preliminary diagnostics of garments, and prepare reports in collaboration with the Atelier.
- Record and track orders in the IT system, process payments, and ensure quality follow-up until delivery.
- Manage the hotline and after-sales service, including client interactions, delay management, and estimates.
- Coordinate communication with Chanel retail teams and internal stakeholders (boutiques, stock, press, alterations).
- Generate traceability codes, label garments, and transmit dossiers to the Atelier.
- Manage the website's back office, including online orders and coordination with delivery services and the Atelier.
- Plan and monitor client deliveries within Paris and transfers between the boutique and Atelier.
- Support the Boutique Manager in cash management and daily reporting.
- Enhance boutique processes to align with back-office operations.
- Support the Commercial Manager in business development tasks to expand the client base.
- Enrich the B2B CRM database based on client visits, maintain key partner relationships, and manage operational relations.
- Assist in drafting monthly growth KPI reports.
- Contribute to client database enrichment and analysis, including satisfaction indicators and service quality tracking.
- Support the analysis of client behaviors and prepare follow-up reports for the team.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, University, or equivalent, with an interest in luxury, retail, sustainability, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong interest in client relations, fieldwork, and agile/start-up environments.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with CRM or e-commerce tools
- Proficiency in English is appreciated
No specific prior experience is required, though an interest in luxury retail and sustainability is beneficial.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
