2. Warmly welcome clients and direct them to appropriate spaces and Fashion Advisors, ensuring a bespoke service for Very Important Clients (VIC).
3. Maintain high standards of hospitality and manage boutique traffic flow, focusing on international clientele.
4. Engage clients during wait times, using tools provided by the Maison to ensure a pleasant experience.
5. Stay informed about cultural activities in the city to facilitate small talk and support Fashion Advisors.
6. Share valuable insights with supervisors to enhance client experience.
7. Act as a reference point for boutique services related to the client journey, including appointment management, beverage service, and Art of Wrapping.
8. Adhere to store operation instructions as outlined in the Boutique Charter.
9. Contribute to the animation of Morning Briefs.
